Homemade Pizza On The Grill

Ingredients, Dough

  • 1.25 cups warm water
  • 4.5 tablespoons yeast
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • extra 1/4 cup flour
  • extra flour to push out dough

Tools, Dough

  • Mixer with Dough Hook
  • Large Bowl
  • Cutting Board
  • Clean Dish Towel
  • Cookie Sheet

Directions, Dough

  1. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix until integrated.
  2. Add extra 1/4 cup of flour.
  3. Start mixer and let mix for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from bowl and knead 12 times in flour.
  5. Place in a large bowl that is coated with olive oil, flip the dough around to coat dough.
  6. Cover with a dish towel and let rest for 30 minutes. The dough should puff up.
  7. Cut dough into 6 pieces, form into balls and place on cookie sheet.
  8. Cover with a damp dish towel, let rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Push out dough into 9 inch rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.

  • Brush for oil

Ingredients, Arugula & Prosciutto Pizza

  • Arugula
  • Prosciutto
  • Mozzarella and Shredded Parmesan
  • Olive Oil
  • Tomato

Directions, Arugula & Prosciutto Pizza

  1. Prep cheese, oil in small bowls. Lightly oil arugula topping, dice tomato and take out prosciutto
  2. Heat grill to around 500 degrees, with two burners on high and one on low.
  3. Place dough on hot side of grill. 2.5 minutes.
  4. Flip dough and cook 1.5 minutes.
  5. Flip dough and slide to cool side, spread oil around crust and cheese in center.
  6. Slide hot side, close lid and cook 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from grill, add arugula, tomato, prosciutto and cover in shredded/grated parmesan.

  • Basil
  • Marinara
  • Mozzarella
  • Olive Oil
  • Oregeno

Directions, Margarita Pizza

  1. Prep cheese, oil, sauce, and lightly oiled basil in small bowls.
  2. Heat grill to around 500 degrees, with two burners on high and one on low.
  3. Place dough on hot side of grill. 2.5 minutes.
  4. Flip dough and cook 1.5 minutes.
  5. Flip dough and slide to cool side, spread oil around crust and sauce, cheese, and basil in center.
  6. Slide hot side, close lid and cook 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from grill, sprinkle with oregano and serve.
