Horned Melon Yogurt With Walnuts

Ingredients

  • Horned Melon (Kiwano)
  • Greek Plain Yogurt
  • Walnuts (or granola etc., for texture)

Tools

  • Bowl to Mix Yogurt
  • Cutting Board, Knife

Directions

  1. Half melon and scoop contents.
  2. Mix melon with yogurt and walnuts.
  3. Return to melon half-shell and serve.
